Tracyberg Road Fire

Wednesday, January 4, 2012 Shortly before five o'clock Wednesday morning, LCWC dispatched units from BRFR, Mountville, and Rohrerstown to Tracyberg Road for a reported house fire.  Chief 5 arrived to find a smoke condition in the residence.  Chief 7 and Engine 5 arrived shortly after and began fireground operations.  Crews were able to contain the fire, and remained on scene for several hours for overhaul.  The residents in the home were awoken by a family cat and were able to make it out safely as a result.  Remember to check your smoke detector batteries!   Apparatus:
